We bring our showroom to you. Our consultant visits your home with fabric samples, takes measurements, and recommends options—all free of charge.

Is installation included?

Yes. From first measure to final fitting, our team handles everything including professional installation.

Are the curtains custom-made?

Absolutely. Every curtain is made-to-measure based on your window size, style preferences, and space requirements.

How do I book a visit?

You can choose a time slot when you call us and we’ll confirm the visit to your location.

Which areas do you cover?

We currently serve homes across Dubai. If you are nearby, message us and we’ll confirm if we can visit your location.

How long does the process take?

Typically it takes 3 to 5 working days from consultation to installation, depending on fabric and stitching volume.

What styles of curtains and blinds do you offer?

We offer a full range: pinch pleat, wave, eyelet curtains, roller, roman, zebra, vertical and venetian blinds.

Can I view the fabrics before placing an order?

Yes. During your consultation, we bring fabric swatches so you can see and feel them in your own lighting and space.

Do you offer motorised curtain options?

Yes, motorised solutions are available for both curtains and blinds—ideal for smart homes or large windows.

What are the payment options?

We accept cash, card, and bank transfer. In some cases, installment plans may be available depending on the project scope.

Do your curtains come with a warranty?

Yes. All Stråla curtains and blinds come with a 12-month warranty covering workmanship and fittings.

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Cancellations within 24 hours may be accepted. After production begins, charges may apply. Contact us immediately with changes.
