Is installation included?

Yes. From first measure to final fitting, our team handles it all — including professional installation, so you can sit

Are the curtains custom-made?

Absolutely. Every curtain is made-to-measure based on your window size, style preferences, and space
requirements. Nothing is off-the-shelf.

How do I book a visit?

Booking is easy. Just choose a time slot when you call us and we’ll take care of the rest.

How long does the process take?

Typically, from consultation to installation, it takes 3 to 5 working days — depending on fabric selection and
stitching volume.

Strala offers a full range of curtain styles — from pinch pleats and wave to eyelets — along with roller, roman,
zebra, and vertical blinds. We guide you on the best fit based on your home and lifestyle.

Can I view the fabrics before placing an order?

Yes. During your consultation, we’ll bring a curated range of fabric swatches to your home, so you can see, feel,
and compare options in your own lighting and space.

Do you offer motorized curtain options?

Yes, we offer motorized solutions for both curtains and blinds — ideal for smart homes or larger windows.

What are the payment options?

We offer simple and secure payment options, including cash, card, and bank transfer.
Installment plans may also be available depending on the project scope.

Do your curtains come with a warranty?

Yes. All Strala curtains and blinds include a 12-month warranty covering workmanship and fittings, so you can rest assured in the quality we deliver.

Can I cancel my order after confirmation?

Since all Strala curtains are custom-stitched for your space, we begin production shortly after order confirmation. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be accepted, but beyond that, charges may apply depending on the stage of work. If you need to make changes, we recommend reaching out to our team as soon as possible.
